Mike Palios and Joey La Puente are both Tampa natives, and have a combined 20 years in the financial services industry at Westshore Financial Group, working primarily with pharmacists throughout the state of Florida.  Both are proud graduates of Jesuit (Mike - class of '93; Joey - class of '04).  The founded P&L Financial in the summer of 2021, and enjoy traveling the state offering lectures and continuing education to pharmacy groups and chapters in Florida.

Mike graduated from Florida State University and married his wife Bessie in 2000.  His son John and daughter Maria are both in high school.  When he's not working, you'll find Mike either training/working out, attending his church - St. John Greek Orthodox church, or cheering for the Seminoles, Bucs, Rays, or Lightning.
